| AGENDA ITEM TITLE:
| Approval of Independent Contractor Agreement with REG Architects for Architectural and Engineering Services for the New Village Hall Project (Phase 1) in the Amount of $32,016.98.
| SUMMARY OF ITEM:
| On December 9, 2021, the Village Council ranked REG Architects as the highest responsive bidder for RFQ No. 2021-001, Architectural and Engineering Services for the New Village Hall. The Village Manager was subsequently directed to enter into contract negotiations with REG Architects. This item serves to approve the negotiated contract between REG Architects and the Village of Indiantown for Phase 1 of the New Village Hall Project.
| FISCAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
| The amount of the agreement for Phase I will be $32,016.98, with funds coming from the General Fund Reserves.
| RECOMMENDATION:
| Staff recommends approval of the agreement with REG Architects for Phase 1 of the New Village Hall Project.
